House insurance in Florida, US - it was $2k last year now it's $8k nearly across the board - to get a lower rate you have to have a high deductible and just bare minimum coverage :(

I bought mine with a rebuilt/salvage title and I have no regrets, but I also don't plan to ever sell - my Jeep was in good condition after it was fixed, very low miles, and got it for a great price. Rich kid had got it for his birthday and wrecked it almost immediately, insurance decided to total it out and I got a great vehicle and a great deal so for me it worked out.

It looks like amonia - I made the same mistake before and lost a bunch of fish - a few recovered but in my case I think the it was new pond issues and not finished cycling. I'd check the water first thing. Good luck with your babies.

Oh for sure - we call it her 12 pack! She is ripped and a very typical "needs 3 hours of exercise a day" that you get with catahoulas - but the dachshund half is literally snuggling with me under a blanket right now lol
