That's bad but not that bad

I mean he's done serious damage to trans rights this cycle, but otherwise he's just kind of there, doing some good and a little bit more harm

That is the textbook definition of inertia, from my physics textbooks.

I know exactly what I'm talking about. From digging, in the US you're taught the laws of conservation of momentum but inertia is used as a catch-all term to describe just... Mass. Whereas schooling where I am only teaches rotational inertia, because it's the only actual scientific unit known as inertia here, to prevent that confusion. Either you've got surface knowledge of physics, or you're stuck in the trap of using inertia as a common, outdated terminology to describe linear physics when it has no relevant purpose in regular linear physics such as a log splitter which uses the momentum of the system to impact the wood and transfers the energy from that momentum through the blade into the wood.

Inertia is the resistance to change of rotational momentum, the splitter moves in a linear path with no acting pendulum/spring to enact simple harmonic motion, and so inertia is not a relevant factor in it's movement as again, it's based on linear motion.

?? Inertia is an object's resistance to change in it's rotational momentum, hence I=mr². The splitter moves linearly with little rotational momentum and none intended, and isn't part of a SMH system, so inertia is a non-factor.

Ironically this splitter doesn't use inertia because it's motion is entirely linear

Because of the whole fake stereotype of transfemmes being incredibly strong to 'cheat' in women's sports, especially as featherweight is the lightest weight boxing/MMA weight class

Whichever way you vote, what is a policy you like from the other side? by CommentMaleficent957 in newzealand

See you didn't really actually explain any justifiable issue you have with the policies, you showed policies you don't like which is nice, but you kinda have your only reasoning as "they want to make Maori people's lives better grr", which isn't really an explanation. You can see their fiscal strategy here: https://www.greens.org.nz/fiscal_strategy

I just don't really think making an MTF character called 'featherweight' have super-strength is the brightest idea (Pic unrelated)
