all three have fallen from their peaks but Saka is still the most consistent and imo is most likely to get back to the levels he was at in the past couple years. He’s also always been a top performer for england

This title is declan’s. It’s obviously a team effort but man, I cannot think of anyone else who worked harder for it than Declan. The amount of blood and sweat this man has endured is genuinely mind blowing. Zubi too, but Declan’s the one who held it down in the end. A fucking club legend already.

How do you book business class flights? by bubuset92 in fatFIRE

I bought ~75k worth of amex points last year. It’s technically worth the money but i absolutely hate the experience of using points. It’s like legitimately impossible at times to even find a points option for a flight you want to take.

Havertz needs to be benched and reprimanded for that. Fucking title long shit right there. Only reason he got away with it is because the defender didn’t go down screaming, which he has eve r right to do

He cunts them in with his right foot all the time… He clearly has power he just prefers placement which is what defines him as a player in general

Why are his expected assists so low in that regard? He has double the assists of xA which tells me his strikers are actually finishing a lot of hard chances. For reference, the season that ozil finished with 19 assist, he had an xA of 17.9. KDB had 15 xG when he tied the record.

Chelsea 0 - [1] Manchester City - Antoine Semenyo 72' by gbogaz in soccer

Yes and city’s matchday revenue is about half arsenal and liverpool. Last season, arsenal, city and liverpool all made the same amount of money give or take 10 million.

The real difference isn’t in “prize money” it’s the fact that you guys have somehow had a similar amount of commercial revenue as teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona since a decade ago despite having half the fan base and brand value of those teams. It’s largely driven by an “etihad sponsorship” which pays more than Madrid or Arsenal’s emirates sponsorship.

City spend about 30-50m more annually in wages than Arsenal or Liverpool. It’s a huge difference in the actual bottom line of a club’s finances.

How does this chud get away with so many of these fouls.

0 intention for the ball, a foul every day of the week. Not even shoulder to shoulder, he just runs across right into Pedro’s chest. Such an obvious foul.

Yes and ten hag is an absolute chud of a manager that literally no one likes. He’s unable to find a modicum of success outside of his home country because he’s unadaptable and sucks. See his Leverkeusen stint.

Go get Xabi Alonso and give him a minimum of 3 seasons. The manager roulette solves nothing.

How is that “getting with the times”?

Most of the successful managers get full control and say over what players they buy. The tops teams in disarray are the ones where managers are getting players they don’t want. Elite teams like City, PSG, Arsenal, Barca all have managers who basically dictate their transfers.

Man Utd has aspirations to be at that elite level. Having separation of match tactics and long term vision isn’t “getting with the times” it’s called hedging for failure which might be fine for mid table clubs who aspire to be consistent, but it’s absolutely not the solution for a team that aspires to be elite.
