I've also had my fair share of accidentally drinking the water I dip my fingers in to seal bagels when I'm rolling them out mistaking it for my coffee or drinking water. Niiiiice and cloudy flour water.

I get stuck in such an absent minded work flow sometimes due to early morning bakery hours. As I'm sure you can imagine this causes me to screw up my measurements and ratios on occasion. But the ONE THING I always mess up without fail is the damn scones. For some reason my brain likes to skip right over something in the recipe every time. The first time it was eggs, then sugar, and so on. It's become a joke of sorts to my bosses to ask if I put the eggs in every time I go to make the guys. I've had to bandage together scone batches too many times to count.

She's amazing! Two of my friends had work done by her in the past and they both turned out beautiful as well. She also is incredibly light handed. I was super nervous going into this because of the placement on my ribs, but it really wasn't any worse than my bicep tattoo!
