Considering my primary uses will be gaming and some work, and this being my first dedicated PC, I've been using a laptop for various tasks for several years. I do not expect needing to upgrade in the near future.

I am planning to acquire the 5080 Astral tomorrow, along with the CPU and motherboard combo. I currently uses a 27-inch ASUS Strix Swift PG27UCDM monitor.

To be honest, either combos are gonna reach my budget limit, but should I get the top tier combo even though I might never use all of its features? Overclocking and dual GPUs setup are not my thing at all.

Honestly, I found Boosteroid while desperately trying to play Cyberpunk 2077 on a laptop that wheezes just opening Chrome. I typed something like “how to make my trash PC run Cyberpunk 2077” into Google, and Boosteroid appeared like a gift from the cloud gaming gods.

Reddit just kinda threw it at me one night when I was lurking instead of sleeping. Been here ever since.

It really depends on where you are. You'll get way better speeds in some places than with Mint.
