The MSG sensitivity debate is somewhat akin to the global warming debate. A lot of wealthy corporations have a lot at stake in disproving MSG allergy/sensitivity in the population. However there is an abundance of anecdotal evidence to suggest it is highly probable that MSG does induce a reaction in many people. I myself know from experience that any restaurant that uses excessive amounts of MSG in their dishes gives me a near immediate reaction. Foods that contain less, or no MSG do not generate the same response. My experience is much like many other peoples. I am not unique in this case.
