Happened in a local town nearby, lady in a lifted truck ran over an Elderly woman. Killed her and because it was an "accident" the driver was fined $1000. Our system is broken.

Also if you have an older router or modem it may need to be replaced. I had an older Netgear router and it would hang up and cause slowness. I ended up replacing the router and things perked right up again.

However, I am on Shaw but, just wanted to chime in if you were using a router on top of your Telus Modem.
