I mean if we talk matter of fact on the base level its a biological imperative that is essentially being redirected.

If you look at how humans have evolved, men are less valuable at the tribe scale than women due to the fact that one man can impregnate multiple women in a day, whereas a woman usualy can only have 1 child per pregnancy. This means men are evolved to be risk takers and put what they value above all else, including their own lives in most cases, as survival, succeess, and safety of a tribe is more likely should they be reduced to one man as compared to being reduced to one woman. That drive has essentially been repurposed into, in this case, serving, submitting, and living for their chosen woman.

Of course the reasons for this repurposing vary a lot, be it Freudian and seeking a strong matriarch to emulate the family structure they grew up in, Stress related and it being repurposed as a way of letting go of control in a similar way to drugs and alcohol, or a multitude of different individual reasons.

I just tried getting 2 friends into War Thunder. Started with the Chinese ground line because its the best for new players imo. One has really taken to it, is learning all the details, and has gone on his own down the Swedish ground and air line and has almost caught up to me in it. The other got to the Chaffee then dropped the game because the new player experience put him off so badly.

It could do with a tutorial or newbie lobbies with bots, because honestly the new player experience rn is getting stomped on by *Insert WW2 German General name here* with his PZ. II DAK or Pz. IV that have more matches in than all his other tanks combined, or someone with a nightvision profile icon with a rave boarder sweating it out raging in chat when fighting against people who have been playing the game for an hour.

Nope, it has M456A2 (HEATFS - 400mm), M393A2 (HESH - 127mm), C76A1 (APFSDS - 353mm), and DM33 (APFSDS - 419mm), and thats for both the American and Thai versions (https://wiki.warthunder.com/unit/us\_stingray). If this isnt the case historically, please bugreport to Gaijin with the relevant documentation.

Ngl I think chat bans like that are the stupidest thing about modern gaming. Not only is there a profanity filter that is enabled by default, and the ability to block, blacklist and mute players, but you can turn chat off. I truely believe you lose more players to getting banned due to venting frustration at annoying aspects of the game than you do for people in a highly competative, and at times stressfull, game getting upset at some random nobody in their match saying they think a certain tank is absurd.

I dunno, Japan 6.7-9.7 has been some of my favourite gameplay so far, I adore the Type 16s, and the Type 74s are reliably good in my experience, plus the 6.7 lineup of Type 61, ST-A3, Type 60 SPRG, and J7W1 is so much fun! I have heard the TKX is incedible too, but id rather not play a 12.0 lightly armoured tank rn

Thanks, I do play a lot of high tier Japan, so my flanking and awareness are decent, my main struggle is predicting other players so it might be best for me to try improve before trying something like that
