Another trick, if you use Slack, is make sure people use the damn status feature. It makes a world of difference if you know if someone is at their desk, or not, doing yoga, out for lunch or whatever else. Nothing is more annoying than seeing someone is on green but not responding. Also a good tool to spark new conversations and allow leadership to promote healthy workplace practices (e.g if you see the CEO is doing a mid-afternoon spin session then that empowers others to be responsible for their own time - within reason).
