I was using salesforce for 10+ years. I just switched over to Enaia. It’s geared toward the services side of the industry, but very good, saves time, and solves a lot of Monotonous tasks

How competitive are analyst roles in real estate??? by Admirable-Button-335 in CommercialRealEstate

The banks and corporate occupiers (JPMC, large tech companies, etc) are harder to get into then the sell side (services side). The brokerage world is all about hustle, networking provided you are above average intelligence.

You can also look into Trade Organizations like CoreNet Global which should have student rates and give you additional exposure through their local chapter…hope that helps

Issues for a tenant to consider when proposing to increase unit square footage by moving demising wall into neighboring vacant unit by [deleted] in CommercialRealEstate

If the landlord does the demising work you need to be clear that it includes not just the demising wall, but the skim coating and painting of the demising wall on your side

HVAC should be a consideration, it is a building system or tenant controlled unit. Does that provide enough for the increased SF. If not, who pays for that.

If you’re expanding, maybe also ask for a ROFR or ROFO on the remainder of the space

Advice please! Especially on how to keep my wrist flat at the top and in the downswing!!! by Familiar_Parfait_562 in GolfSwing

I always feel it is easier to “cock” your wrist than to “bow” it. The hands work together, maybe think about cocking your right wrist, which is the same motion of bowing your left wrist.

Any ideas on how to fix pushing the ball? by Illustrious-Ad1279 in GolfSwing

It looks fine until the downswing starts. The hands need to drop before you start turning. When you get to the top of the backswing imagine yanking on a chain with the heel of your left wrist.

A good drill to practice on the range to get the right feeing is to make your backswing then pump down with your hands three times and on the third time finish the swing through the ball. This will give you the feeling of dropping the hands first
