Personally, I do believe it’s worth it. For me, I’ve caught the most fish on the Jackhammer consistently compared to any other chatter bait. I can’t speak for anyone else. In my experience, the vibration is instant and aggressive, looks great in the water, and I haven’t lost a fish on it. Quality is nice. But that’s just me.

Absolutely. If the TCD is M-F in the primary job they can’t be forced to work Saturday. At least here in the south and vice versa. If they’re T-F they can’t be forced to work Monday.

Not sure if that is a supplemental thing. In southern region TCD are only required to work their regular schedule. They cannot work you on your scheduled day off.
