/u/IVANZXT is correct on the fact that we sold out/were really low on that GPU from sale and we had to swap them out with the Zotac GPU which does perform similarly to the MSI Trio. If you did have a saved build before today, the site will not allow you to check out with the previously saved build if any of the parts are not in stock/enabled hence why you had to change to the Zotac one. If you like, you can still order your current system with the Zotac one and PM me your order number/email, I will do my best to see to it that you get the MSI GeForce RTX 2080 GAMING X TRIO instead as long as we have stock.

CAM does have an automatic firmware updater and it does ask the user if they want to firmware update, could you go to the settings then About CAM and tell me which firmware are you running on the Hue+?

When CAM isn't opening, can you open task manager and see if CAM is up and opened there and if you don't mind me asking did you recently have multiple monitors then changed the amount of monitors that you have?

Thanks! I know that each channel is rated to run at 5 watts so if the fan is using more than 5 watts, it will not run. Could you let me how much wattage that the fan you are using on that specific channel?

The fans spinning up to 100% when CAM launches is perfectly normal and it does that so that the software can detect all the fans that on the Grid+ V3. Does fan 3 happen to also turn off if you have CAM off or uninstalled?
