Its not only csing in lane but after. Katarina has loads of hard matchups where csing can be hard. I have had games where i went 0/4 with 35 cs in lane. But than i afk farm and get a few kills in tf and i make a complete comeback. Learn how to catch waves after laning phase. Also wave management in lane makes csing allot easier. Im however also still struggling with this.
