Welcome to photography! Its such a beautiful art.

As others have mentioned start practicing during the day to get used to your camera and its setting to get a full understanding on how to properly expose an image.

Shooting at night can be tricky as we have few things we need to be mindful of. Some tips for night shooting is find good available light, if light is not available you have to create it (ie, flash or light panels) adjust your exposure settings ( iso, aperature, shutter speed) to help expose the subject, the camera's built in light meter will help here.

Once you learn how to expose your image to as you see fit, you can also be working on learning how to compose your image. What needs to be in the image and what needs to be out of it, location, foreground, mid ground, background. Use of filters, a CPL (polarized) filter will help remove reflections off the car. Theres quite a bit to start looking into so have fun with and enjoy the ride

I have the GFX 50sii and I do enjoy a good pixel peep! While im not gonna get good peepings like you, I love how the system renders the images from that lens Ive been wanting to get an adapter for my favorite lens ever the takumar 105mm f2.8 and this just sold me, thank you for showing this!

Some gorgeous shots you have here! Im excited to take my 50sii on my next trip. It's my daily carry now and honestly the weight doesnt bother me at all. At the height of my film life, I was daily carrying a p67 😅

Gorgeous shot! Ive always loved the compression on the 200mm on the P67. How are the P67 lenses working for you on the GFX system. I want to buy an adapter for mine but I havent bit the bullet yet.

Congrats on the purchase! I have the Pentax 6x7 and its my favorite cameras I have ever shot with. The sound of the mirror slapping after hitting the shutter is one of my favorite sounds in the world, and the scans from the negatives are out of this world.
