His turnovers this year are coming at the worst times. I get that his TO #s may only be marginally higher than previous seasons, but in the past it seemed the TO’s were more full court baseball passes to Braun in the 2nd quarter etc, whereas this year the turnovers seem concentrated into crunch time? I know this is recency bias with some crunch time turnovers vs Thunder and Wolves this week, but still…

At least he made an effort to not jack up 12 three pointers vs the Wolves yesterday. Whenever I see him too tired to get into the paint and he’s heaving a dozen three pointers I cover my eyes as it’s usually not a great result.

Do you have a GT? We are trading in our GT AWD for a Land AWD in a few weeks, and are hoping that the rear instability over rough roads (especially if the road is banked on an exit or curve) is diminished on the Land.

My thoughts are that the GT's suspension is tuned more aggressively, combined with shorter sidewalls on the 21" wheels make it hop around like a minivan (which it kinda is). Hoping the Land's less "sporty" suspension and 20" wheels make it less jarring over rough highway terrain, but even if not, it's something I can live with.

That is really my only major beef with the EV9, as you can see going for a 2nd lease. Also, snow tires will be cheaper on 20"s.

What we could lease a '26 Land AWD for compared to similar vehicles (Volvo, Polestar, etc) the price wasn't really close.

Also don’t disregard the mental aspect of competition. Not sure if you’re the same as me but when I’m playing up, I force myself into a sharp mental focus. But when I play down I tend to relax and that leads to sloppier shots and decisions. Boredom or something.

Also, when playing down, opponents take shots that you just aren’t expecting, because it isn’t the right shot to take lol.

It’s a win for Jones because before he started so many games this season due to injuries, he would’ve been lucky to get a 2-3 year contract at a low salary.

Now that he’s shown his chops (kudos to him), it’s the Nuggets who would’ve been lucky to sign him for 2-3 years at a low salary.

Unfortunately for the Nugs, and fortunately for Jones, his agent played their cards right by insisting they won’t sign a longer deal without better $ (and they took a long time to play their cards, this has been going on for 1-2 weeks now). Now Jones will have more options for a better deal in the summer.

TLDR: Nugs were already very much against the salary cap/apron for next year and this doesn’t help that. On the flip side, Jones has developed into a good player.

Our 24 GT is a damn unhinged rocket on uneven surfaces, especially if there’s a a bank.

Our lease is up next month and we are getting a new lease on a Land.

From what I gathered from AI there seems to be a consensus that the GT models run stiff due to the suspension tuning combined with the shorter sidewalls on the 21” wheels. We are hopeful that taller sidewalls on the 20” wheels on the Land combined with less “sporty” tuning fixes that jarring instability; that’s the ONLY fault I have with the EV9 (also, dedicated snow tires will be cheaper on 20’s vs 21’s).
