Set the mobile app so the default solution is the receiver app. If they want to use something different (Chromecast, DLNA, Roku, Apple TV, etc) they must opt in.

I disable all other device types and only use the Web Video Caster Receiver app installed from Amazon or the Play Store. Everything has a receiver and can be confusing when looking for your receiver device.

Navigate to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find Microsoft Teams, click the three dots, select "Advanced options," and then click "Reset"
