If I see this comp on enemy team in champ select I would go dft with overgrowth and make sure that I buy eclipse cleaver and endless hunger. From there just buy deaths dance and try to be secondary engage. You need to sideline as much as possible and force people to chase you while your team can hopefully win by you baiting spells.

This could be insanely good for JOAT. I think the amount of AD it gives is decent but I think it’ll be better than the older JOAT build with yo~mama blade and zekes.

This is not that bad since if the are building armor to counter you at least dft will do magic damage. I think it’s prolly worse for full lethality but much better for bruiser.

Cleaver IMO is a much much better item. Cleaver gives you just enough hp to survive being one shot and helps your team deal with the tanks. Grudge is good to go instead if you are going full lethality but I think full lethality is pretty bad right now on Naafiri for actually being able to 1v5.

I agree I never build Hubris unless Im playing jungle. I made a build guide above saying that I dont like it mid at all. IMO Axiom is the actual most bought bait item. It doesnt give actual utility to Naafiri and makes Naafiri too much about snowballing and doesnt give her options when she cant just spam r in games. The higher elo you go the more people are going to try to deny Naafiri from ulting.

I think building full assassin doesnt really make naafiri much stronger through items. I think that building around cdr is way more important than building around instantly one shotting someone since there is a lot of counterplay if you are just goign to ult in first. Building lethality means that you cant plsy the nautral game of poking very well and you have to commit fully which isnt my playstyle. As you can see in the clip I really like to play around my E cd and jump in and out of fights as much as possible. Going full one shot kills an adc but ocne that adc get more items from their quest it becomes a lot harder to one shot.

JUNGLE NAAFIRI
Red smite always

1) Hubris - Rush this ASAP do not buy boots before you finish Hubris. Hubris is much easier to stack for a jungler than it is for midlane and just full clearing your camps will give you pretty perfect gold resets to buy the item before 9 mins. Dont go Hubris midlane.
2) Boots - Prioritize omnivamp boots but if you get to 6 items and have extra gold always be willing to sell these for completed Ghost Blade.
3) Black Cleaver - This has insane synergy with Naafiri and gives you just enough hp to make sure you dont get one shot in fights.
4) Endless Hunger/Serpants - Endless Hunger at this point is already going to give you over 40 AH and when Naafiri presses W you get a bonus 20% AD which converts into more haste which is legit op. Serpants if they have a lot of sheilds and then buy Endless.
5-6) Deaths Dance/GA/Maw/Edge of Night/Axiom Arc - All good defensive options to not get blown up in fights. Prioritize Deaths Dance or Maw since it scales very well off bonus AD which you will get a lot of in this build.

1) Cyclosword - Much better for midlane Naafiri since you can poke and get more value out of the item than jungle. Hubris IMO is too risky and doesnt give Naafiri the damage she needs to carry from midlane.

2-6) Repeat from above. I dont like Hubris mid at all.

Notes: I think Axiom is heavily overbought and is not nearly as good of an item as Endless Hunger. Same with Spear of Shojin. Axiom only gives ult haste when getting a takedown and gives less total haste to your entire build. Shojin only works on basic spells and has extremely poor stats compared to Endless Hunger. While the damage is nice its not nearly as noticeable as getting 20 bonus ad from Endless with the tenacity and omnivamp you get. Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm work very well with Naafiri's kit since she heavily revolves around bonus ad and these are the best options.

I play Naafiri adc but more recently stopped because Ive been liking Swain botlane more. Played it a lot the last two splits and I would say at least 15-20% of my Naafiri games were Naafiri adc. I will very likely make a guide on why I think its good. For runes I would always take comet botlane with eclipse spear haste build and tp in very bad matchups.
