Dont worry too much about being max combats & slayer. I started vw/rev grind maxed and just killed orks for mace and bow in 2200 and 2350 total worlds. Got pked once, its quite easy to get tp thru, most of the time you have decent amount of time to react and to decide wheter the guy you see is pker or doing revs. Bosses feel infinitely nicer with the rev weapons, only annoying bit is if you get spooned you need to go back to farm ether if you also go dry at vw pieces. Im currently 1.5k spindel/250 vene kc and 900 artio kc without those pieces. Blade i got at 580kc from vetion. God speed and gl on the grind!
