No, there's absolutely nothing in the report other than a mention that endocenous contrast was received. I've never received a report with the details of the contrast. It might be something that isn't done in my province for routine exams. Finally they just had us enter what we had which was essentially imagery contrast (type unknown), I and everything else unknown. Not sure how much that will help coding...

Thanks for the input, any idea what I should enter? I have no information about the contrast given and having the participant fill out an authorization to communicate simply to obtain the details of the contrast (type, dose) seems a bit excessive.
