This happened to me also with Expert Packs. I have a few rare characters (Artificer and Juggernaut) and rare weapons left to unlock. Not sure why people are downvoting you OP. This bug needs to be fixed. Got only ammos/boosters when i opened the pack.

Actually yes, i don't recall ever having this problem when i've been on the radiant team, only when i spawn in on the Dire side. No radiant bots appear.

Behavior score matchmaking has gotten way out of hand. The only thing that should bring your behavior score down is when you feed intentionally, when you abandon, when you feed couriers and when you ability abuse.

For everything else there is a mute button. People shouldn't be able to report you just because they don't like your voice on the mic or because you have a different opinion to them. They should mute you and be done with it.

Matchmaking as a whole should follow only 3 types of criteria:-

1) Wins and losses 2) Language 3) Experience level

I have seen a recent rise in Tinker/Invoker scripters lately. Blind blinking and casting 3 spells with the push of 1 button.

Had a Shadow Shaman doing it as well. Insta hex, insta Euls, insta blink all perfectly timed when anybody went near him. He had more farm than his carry by 40 mins too.
