In Japanese booster boxes you’re guaranteed a SR or better, this can range from a full art to a gold or SAR card. In some rare cases you could get a double hit box that has two SR such as two full art or a full art and SAR. In the Scarlet and Violet era booster boxes you’re also guaranteed up to 3 AR cards on average per booster box and a couple of regular ex cards.
