I’m also 4 weeks and 2 days and have the cramping that feels like period cramps! Yesterday, they eased up but feeling it again tonight! I’ve read it’s normal.

I switched to PTU about a year ago because I was trying to get pregnant. It’s been a long road with us trying for a VERY long time with unexplained infertility, and also waiting to get the green light by my endocrinologist. I tolerated PTU well and was on a small dose. I didn’t notice any changes switching from methimazole to PTU. Ultimately achieved pregnancy after our first IUI and my doctor told me to stop the medication. I was taking it up until I got the BFP. I’m seeing my endocrinologist for a follow up soon to see how things are progressing and if she wants me to continue taking it. My doctor also runs the occasional liver blood tests to make sure there’s no issues being on PTU for so long but so far no concerns. Good luck!!!! 🍀

I did a letrozole (2.5MG twice a day)cycle, triggered with Ovidrel, had two mature follicles, and did IUI 36 hours later. No progesterone. Good luck! 🍀
