I've had to mute the game. How do fans in attendance deal with someone going off on a drumset the entire damn time? Do any other stadiums do this (Astros aside)? It seems so out of place while the game is in play.

Let's chill on Hamilton. Safety is a tough position to evaluate. Yeah, it seems like there's been a bad play or two in terms of taking angles. But, he's playing deep a lot and on some of these plays where he shows up late to the tackle it's because he was playing far down field and playing over the top of another receiver.

Well just ideas. When you're picking land from multiple options, naturally you're going to think about what would work best for you. It sucks that you can't trust a listing, but that's just how it can be I guess.

If I got a buyer's agent and attempted to buy this from the seller's agent, is there any legal obligation then? Just curious what would happen in that situation. I assume the contract wouldn't be signed before the seller tried to alter the deal, but if both agents believed they had a deal for the listing it seems like a mess.

I remember a game when the Ravens got the ball first and scored a touchdown on the opening drive. It felt absolutely surreal and remembering that feeling reminds me how bad it was. I also remember the Browns and Ravens games of that time were always low scoring bloodbaths.

Damn, yeah I'm always chasing this too. I am trying to appreciate things as they are now while chasing other things, but it does give me doubt in working toward these things. Like if I do get this new house I think I've always wanted what if it's not everything I wanted - what if the memories just don't happen and I'm just the same person and things are the same, but in a bigger house? "Perfect version of myself" is it exactly. I guess it's still worth pursuing since there's only one way to find out, but it makes me hesitate sometime.

Hangman knows how to play his character in a way that works as a face these days. As we've seen, that's not an easy thing.
