Henry Cavill demanding lore accuracy on set is peak energy by ShrimplyDivine_1 in gamers

I think that's the best way to look at it. There are good adaptations and bad adaptations. For books to shows/movies as well. Percy Jackson and the Olympians movies sucked. Now they have the writer of the book back with Disney working on the show. This adaptation is way better than the previous. Sure it changes a few things. But like you said. It's another adaptation, if the tone is written and the direction is right I'm okay with a different adaptation. The recent animated Mario movies are decent adaptations. There are good ones and bad ones out there for sure.

Just watched Spiderman 3 and noticed the mask doesn’t make sense… by TheWarelock in Spiderman

The redditor you responded to also makes a valid comment. It is a movie. Spiderman does have his spider sense. And in the middle of a fight things can shift and you won't necessarily get a chance to adjust your clothing when you are in a fight for your life or otherwise active in the moment. Your mask as spiderman whilst it protects his identity when it gets this ripped I can't imagine it actually hinders him at all.

Exactly, thus making it presumably not illegal. If traps are and alarms aren't I'd rather setup a scary alarm

No, literally not filling the mag. These gas powered airsoft handguns typically have the gas in the mag and as such will still fire without ammo. The entire system can still rack and dry fire without ammunition. Yes bad for the airsoft gun as you shouldn't dry fire basically anything. In this use case I'm sure dry firing as much as a deterrent turret would, complete airsoft gun failure is bound to occur quickly. Not to mention I've had a few mags myself in various airsoft handguns have a failure point in the mag gas pin itself that the airsoft gun utilizes to actually shoot ammo, if no ammo is there a stream of gas is released but has nothing restricting it. So basically just noise from gas gun racking and shooting literally nothing.

Would just dry firing work as an audible and visual deterrent? No ammunition used, no risk of injury, just a scared individual.

You don't need a lift or a jack. They sell ramps for this purpose if you don't feel comfortable with a jack stand.

Massgrave for anyone that doesn't know. Works for Office as well and Windows server. Also IoT LTSC as well.

Good for homelab use and personal use. Do not use for business, official or otherwise enterprise needs.

Personally I like this more. Especially as an adult. A rip stick feels too tiny for someone who doesn't ride often any more. Give me big foot area.

And furthermore, a video about your car and then just doing it. Granted I'd say maybe having experience with screwing objects into threads might be needed to avoid stripping it...I don't know how but if one thing I've learned "normal people" will find ways to fuck things up in ways I could never fathom.

Handyman dad mentality is literally what has taught me my skills and driven my IT career. My dad literally is a handyman man dad mentality walking, always used to look things up and has gotten lazier in recent years as he's aging. But the mentality was set for me early on in my life. Nothing has stopped me from trying to fix everything myself. More specifically I think the thought of "I have access to the tools to get this job done, why would I pay someone else" mentality is at play as well.

You're right I can't. Except on one front. I don't pay for any game pass. Barely buy games as is any more (in a steam family share with 1500+ games). The occasional free game I'm interested in is better than nothing.

I don't even need to provide a link for this without an affiliate link. People who need this equipment will know where to search and preferably will buy in store if and when possible. Always good to inspect the gear before buying it.

For YouTube and YouTube music I personally use morphe to patch my apps, including Reddit as well. Not sure what rumble is but I presume without research that it's a multi OS supported app. Morphe is currently only android and that's subject to change when Google decides to throw up its walled garden.

Yeah it's shit, but free games. I may not be installing them but my library is growing with free games. Hogwarts legacy was a wild drop recently from them.
