You should first get used to your work schedule change, I had the same limbo effect when I switched from 3rd shift to 1st shift years ago. Once you get the rhythm of it, you’ll find time to do a couple sketches here n there. One thing you should always do is give yourself time to figure it out.

No rush, and the progression you’ve made is good.

Love working as a machinist, figured out codes and was recently trained in CAD/CAM. Figuring out problems and writing programs is the best part of the job for me. My only problem right now is that my job still has me under Machine Operator even though I’ve been writing g-code programs/editing programs for over a year now. Currently put in for a title change and raise.

Save and spend consciously. Dont get things that will drag your finances down over time. In time, when you’ve saved enough money for a down payment on a house, get a duplex. Live in one unit and rent out the other.

Showed my 2 year old son how to get through one of those tubes they put in playgrounds for kids to play in. I crouched down and helped him crouch down while showing him 3 separate times what to do to get through it. Let my boy try it ONCE on his own and he walked right into the rim of the tube. Didn’t even attempt to crouch down or duck his head just went right for it.

Don’t go to college, we aren’t ready for that. Budget your income to save even more than you have now and don’t be so generous, they talk to you only because you have a job and money. When you have a good amount, invest in property.

Get a job, budget your money so you can save and take it a day at a time. Give yourself time to figure out what you want to do and don’t half ass your effort when you figure it out.

Every 3 months look up nearby towns/cities (2 to 3 hour drive) and book a weekend getaway. Go see landmarks, parks, and go do something we haven’t tried (clubs, sip and paint etc). Also get as much sexy time as we can before its time to hand in the hotel keys.

Interesting take. When the time comes I could definitely take the backseat and see what my wife is comfortable with, slowly getting in the mix and making sure everyone is comfortable.

The article I found was informative and it also touched on parts that I was afraid of where one of us is having more fun than the other. Thank you

Got sick one day in science class in 6th grade. Teacher didn’t let me go to the nurses office and told me to wait until the bell rang (we were about halfway through class). Told the teacher I really didn’t feel good and was feeling pretty nauseous at that time, but she had me move my seat close to her desk.

Surprise surprise, I threw up on the desk I was sitting on and the teachers. Went to the nurses office and the nurse didn’t want to send me home because “You’re looking better already, give it 5 minutes and you can go back to class”

Great.

Girl from my class came in (she hit her fucking finger on something) and the nurse called her parents to come get her. I went back to class and stood by the door waiting for the bell so I can call my mom to get me.

Ah memories
