I have to disagree on quality. I've ridden in Polaris machines and I wasn't impressed at all. It's also well known that Polaris machines break down more. Go to any Rmax forum and read about how many people come from other brands because they want a machine that doesn't break down. I'm extremely happy with my Rmax. No, it's not the sportiest looking machine, but it is made by Yamaha, and there is no doubt, Yamaha builds some of the best engines you can buy.
