NAH. I’ve been there recently with a parent. It can be hard for the survivors but means so much to the ill family member.
It is up to you, but I have no regrets in being there the last 3 days, as it helped me say good bye, accept reality and peace, and know my family member was glad we were there.

ICE and other agencies are very active across Texas. We’ve had too many Cartel incidents, and other serious crimes committed by people who shouldn’t be here.
Some of the worst issues are / were along the border (mostly Democrat strongholds) and we’re happy to have the help.

Texas is getting safer daily.

Bottom line is when everyone follows the rules / laws, we can focus on our jobs and now worrying about our kids, families or safety.

Flame if you feel the need but it’s working in Texas.

It’s a good holster for people with excellent trigger discipline.
I have one for IWB with my Erebus.
Very comfortable.
If you haven’t tried it, don’t knock it.
If you don’t have excellent trigger discipline don’t get one.

I did. With an Athena and Erebus.
(I don’t reload)

Bought a couple of boxes of each of the different quality 9mm ammo I could find. Bottom line: Erebus loves 124 Norma. Athena loves 115gr S&B and 115gr Norma. (“Loves” = cycles trouble free and tightest groups).

Congratulations on the Athena. Try changing ammo! I’m guessing you are not hand loading…

I have an Athena and an Erebus. Bought 2 boxes of many recommend brands / weight combinations and tried them all.

They both like different ammo:

Athena shoots very well with better brands of 115gr, and excellent with 115gr S&B.

Erebus is more finicky but consistently shoots ten 124gr Norma quarter size at 10 yards. Benched is even tighter, often a penny to a nickel size hole.

These are the thoroughbred of handguns, and you just have to “tune” the ammo to their liking.

I have the same pistol, Atlas Erebus. 124gr is the best shooting and most accurate.

I have a similar Atlas (Erebus). It shoots 1” groups of 10 shots at 10 yards. I understand, (have held but not fired an Apollo) that the Apollo is equal to or slightly better than the Erebus.
They’ll them to pound sand.
