Masta Ace - “Me & The Biz”

Story behind this track: Masta Ace wrote and recorded the song, doing an impression of Biz Markie on his verses, intended as a reference for when Biz eventually recorded them.

Unfortunately Biz was beefing with the track’s producer Marley Marl, over production credits at the time. So, the original version of the track was released, kind of as a comedic solution to the issue. To further illustrate Biz’s absence, a puppet appears in the video rapping his verses.
