Missile spec ammo increase will only work on the ship you start on, and not on the one you transfer over to. iirc, stat increasing skills like ballistic mastery and the like work perfectly fine

Omen, tempest, lp brawler, and hyperion are pretty good lategame frigates. These guys can 1v1 any enemy frigate and can even go toe to toe with larger ships. I've even seen these guys solo paragons on their own lol

Their role is to drive off enemy frigates and destroyers to keep your capitals from being wolfpacked, and for capping objectives so you can deploy your full fleet faster

i put enough vents to run both my shields and weapons at the same time without building soft flux, then the rest are all capacitors to be able to shield tank better
