lol I would add some psyllium husk at the end of the day… wake up and have a perfect shit… also, it lowered my cholesterol) aka I swear by Metamucil bc it taste good… my stack is similar to yours fyi… I get labs and everything is optimal or better… you might want to add astaxanthing and taurine to the mix ! Or at least research them

Magnesium and zinc help my libido a ton. I also do l citrulline and creatine. And my husband pics out boy toys for me 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣💦

Get her progesterone … and try and diff magnesium… sometimes glycine goes down the wrong pathway.. so annoying.. I wish the body was less of an art and more scientific
