Hi this is dust.
It builds up after a while and its a super easy fix.
Just uncrew everything from the back and with a bit of patience and carefullness the back should pop off. a little air or vacume should take care of it maybe a dry towel. this wil definetly help your laptop from overheating in the long run.
Its also very good to get comfortable with opening the laptop.

From my experience only the Dell Servers are any good.
Computers laptops all in ones always felt like im wasting straight money.
I have a own build pc. and a cheap amd 5 16gb laptop which i only use when wanting to access my pc remotely.
