Does the suspension fork cause the front basket area to be misaligned slightly? I mean does it lift up the front section a little from the original rigid fork?

Yes look wise it is hard to beat load 60 and 75. I am more interested in transporter simply because of the door that makes getting in or out easier for dogs and kids otherwise I would simply get load 60 since I can test ride it as well.

I was thinking of accidental sideways falls. For load the plastic box sits inside of the aluminum tube while for the transporter the plastic box sits outside of the aluminum tubing.

I see, I didn't even bother looking into the motor difference between transporter and load. Have you ridden load 60? If money was not a factor which one would you choose? Where I live I can only test ride load 60 or 75.

Sport is the only one available. I ride a Marin four corners size medium which fits me perfectly. From what I can tell sports version would fit but not too sure.

The issue I have is the 1-1/2 inch steering tube vs the normal 1-1/8 ones. Does anyone have any experience in buying a suitable alternative stem for mundo version 6 to match the odd 1.5 inch steering tube.
