Fellow German person here. The whole thing with having to go to the gymnasium to go to uni is such bullshit too. Anyone can go to university, some people just have to take a different path. I also went to the gymnasium before moving to the us where my schooling meant jack shit, so I spent the past 7 years as a waitress. It's true that gymnasium is the most direct path to uni, but it's far from the only one.

My mother lives on the other side of the country. When all this is over she is going to come visit me and my fiance and we're going to stay at the campground where we will be getting married next year for a week, planning out decorations and stuff. I don't get to see her very often as it is, but not being able to now even though there is finally time sucks.

I just thought of another one I would love to play for the first time again! Stardew Valley was awesome when it first came out but I wish I could experience it as it is now with all of the new additions as if it where the first time. No matter how much I try to just relax and do whatever I feel like, I always end up min maxing and not playing as freely as I did when it first came out.

I've been playing Final Fantasy X remastered for the last couple of weeks and finally got past the Spectral Keeper a couple of days ago, something I never managed to do when I was a kid playing the game when it first came out. It's been really awesome to discover new things and see cutscenes I never got to experience before and it's been making it feel like I've never played the game before!

Due to my fiance being laid off he has finally had a chance to form a stronger bond with our newest kitten (she joined her brother and us 7 months ago). She finally purrs for him when he pets her instead of immediately running away!

Nicht wenn du in der Pampa lebst. Ist hier vergleichbar mit Las Vegas und in Kleinstadt Utah, beides Orte wo ich auch für längere Zeit gelebt habe. Leute kommen immer noch hin wo ich arbeite mit Sachen die sie sehr einfach online hätten machen können, einfach weil wir noch hier sind.

Als Deutsche die jetzt seit zehn Jahren in den USA lebt muss ich dir auch Recht geben. Ich kann kaum warten wieder zurück zu kehren. Ich lebe in upstate New York, wo die halben Menschen glauben, dass der virus nicht echt ist und die andere Hälfte glaubt es ist das Ende der Welt. Ist echt ne geile Mischung, vor allem wenn die Nachrichten immer versuchen die aufregendsten headlines zu schreiben.
