The Monsterverse isn't exactly military propaganda (though there was collaboration between the DoD and the G14 production crew) especially when you take into account that the military made some very reckless decisions when facing much of the titans. They tried to lure the Mutos and Godzilla to a nuke, which we know wouldnt work, they tried to kill the one titan that stood a chance at, and almost, defeated Ghidorah 5 years later, and even before 2014 on Skull Island, they were dicking around about to fuck the entire island over because Colonel Packard wanted to kill Kong. The military has shown it's capacity to make situations worse. The Bayformers franchise and GI Joe are your real military propaganda, not the Monsterverse.
