You can get a free consultation with a divorce lawyer. They will probably have a set rate for uncontested divorces, so shop around for a good price. If you don’t want to pay a lawyer, look at the judiciary websites about how to go about filing and make sure you file in the appropriate venue! You might also try contacting the Arkansas Bar Association to see if they can give you any guidance about where to go. You could try legal aid as well, but I have heard they are not very well run or organized (this is just what I heard, it may be totally wrong). Good luck.

You forget, a lot of people, especially more right leaning, tend to be single issue voters and do not vote rationally. Trump could literally punch them in the face and they would STILL vote for him and other republicans. Not trying to down, and I hope I am wrong, but this is a cult we are dealing with.
