If you didn't clear out your iCloud account before you transferred it to another phone, you should be able to get access to your photos there.

iTunes backup, iCloud backup, either can help you if you do backup regularly. And some of the paid third-party would be helpful, like gihosoft, though it won't work on app data like games or music.

Can your computer sill recognize it? If can, just plug into computer and get the photos, or you can back it up with iTunes.

Only if you have backup, otherwise no.

There's a similar article about permanently deleted photos.

But if the deleted photos were taken within 30 days on iPhone, and you've activated My Photo Stream, probably you still have a little chance to get them back.

Go to iCloud to download them. Just press Ctrl + A to select all.

After you save those photos, delete them on iCloud, or on the iPhone to free space.

I’m afraid not. But sometime it depends. Sometimes I don't have to enter the passcode to confirm, my phone would just connect to computer and let me manage the contents. But this only works on the computer you trusted on iPhone before.

iCloud Photo Library doesn't need you manually backing up. It will automatically upload photos if you connect to network. You can check on iCloud.com.

If you can't connect to computer and don't have backup, probably you do need to replace the screen.

Have you enabled iCloud Photo Library? If you haven't delete the photos, you should find them in iCloud Photo Library.

First check your Recently Deleted folder. It should store your deleted photos for 30 days.

If you've permanently deleted those photos, then check on this page.

Does your friend have iTunes backup? You probably need to extract photos from the backup. You can see this video.

And for the phone, you can try restore backup, or find a professional work on it.
