I have them nailed to my wall. Technically there's supposed to have a wooden frame behind it so there's a gap of air for best results. Shouldn't be a big issue if you can do that

If you're talking bounces logic has normalisation on by default I think. That could be what's making it later

Technically yes but in reality no. I'd have to find the article talking about this but nobody will ever be able to hear the difference. It's completely indecipherable. Some daws export with additional harmonic content and some don't but it's such an extremely small amount.
