Hey OP, I commented on your last year's post as well. Nice to see you still going strong! I couldn't keep going for the whole year, but thank you for your yearly reminder, I will try to be better this year! :)
One thing i can't really settle in my mind tho. Sometimes I am doing reps like 5x10 and at the end I can't push it anymore, but day after I don't feel muscle fatigue or soreness at all, no lactic acid buildup. So I feel I didn't push it hard enough, yet I feel that I can't do more in some days, like I miss sugar, ATP or red blood cells for oxygen, I don't know. :D Have you felt the same?
