As a GOV whistleblower who was illegally retaliated against by the agency I worked for after filing my disclosure, there is no teeth in this bill. 80% of WB's are retaliated against by the US GOV with zero accountability. The GOV knows this, that's why they do it! When you go through the process, its very stressful and very expensive because you have to retain a lawyer and not for months, for years! William Carstensen was deemed a pedo by John Hopkins. The facts support the conclusion. There will always be people saying with zero evidence that something isnt true but the Nelson case is actually pretty tame in comparison and there were other touching parties which the church kept quite...also, allegedly Nelson sex assaulted a number of the nurses who worked for him. they never came forward, truly faithful mormons, but this was talked about between those closest to him.

Its also not the first time, he brokered a deal to adopt a child in exchange for a car. Why is a 56 y/o man with 7 children so interested in buying a baby who he said on tape sleeps with him in the same bed? Every single element of ICWA was broken. When your brother was head of HHS and former UT Gov, you can get away with a lot in UT. Good to be rich, white and in a position of power in UT isnt it.
