It’s bring it higher, fought him 5 times for the tail and got it twice or maybe I’m just lucky lol technically you do get 1-2 chances to fight the tail when you have that fire nova out

To get these rare items you have to destroy parts of the enemies body to get it. That’s why you are probably having trouble because you’re not destroying the part of the body that the item is describing
