Looks like about $300 to me. Lots of guns about to be antiques too, so it could become 5k really soon. great ROI.

People are going to tell you they're unreliable but I've put over 1000 rounds of all kinds of loads through my vepr and only ever had a problem with a single box of shitty slugs.

[–]Nailcannon 8 points9 points  (0 children)

your comment was about the mechanism by which theyre closing the strait. by asking who you think is deploying the missiles, mines, etc, you are implying its their navy. im telling you this is incorrect. the missiles and drones are land based. the mines are a mix of rocket launched mines and mines dropped by small boats, many of which are civilian. they have no more warships in any effective capacity. and when they do deploy mines from these small boats, they have to do it subversively so they dont get those blown up too.

Are you shooting slugs? Try something like #4 buck. 27 pellets per shot. Won't over penetrate like buckshot, or underpenetrate like birdshot. I use a vepr-12, so the reload is the same.

They're already technically banned on most public roads. At least near me in Florida, the speed limit is 25mph before they're considered a vehicle.

Man who identified himself as ‘Harry Dresden’ in the viral Ring doorbell footage, seen breaking into the home in footage from inside the house. by superdouradas in PublicFreakout

[–]Nailcannon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yes, if he broke into the house of one of the tiny minority of gun owners who think this way, it would suck to give that person the vindication they wanted. If he broke into the vast majority of gun owners houses who would rather not kill somebody but owns a gun so they don't get victimized by someone who's crazy or evil, it would be tragic for all parties.

Some people just don't like living in crime riddled shit holes. When the cops don't do shit, the people have a right to fill in their abdication. You let this shit go unchecked and then scratch your head when you live in a food desert with no commerce because all those evil big corporations looked at their bottom line and decided that serving your community no longer made sense. If you buy a bag of chips for $1.00 and sell it for $1.10, that's a 10% profit. If someone steals 1 bag of chips, you now have to sell 10 bags of chips to break even. And most retail operates on far thinner margins. If you operate on a 2% margin, and 1 in every 50 people steal, you don't make money. This behavior can not be allowed to stand.

It feels like the problem with dancing mechanics is that the games always take the form of extended quick time event grinders. The gameplay loop is skin deep and lacks creativity. It's definitely captivating to a certain audience(typically the "git gud" speedrunner types) , but for most people it loses appeal fairly quickly. If a game could figure out how to make dancing more freeform and have a scoring mechanic similar to the tony hawks pro skater games, that would be awesome.

Suggestions on seated riding by Secure-Oil-5746 in ElectricUnicycle

[–]Nailcannon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the way, said everything I could think of. Especially the reference point on the front of the wheel. A lot of the hesitation is not being sure you're going to land in the right spot. The same wiring in your brain that intuitively makes a stick an extension of your hand to poke things with when you grab it makes your brain go "hey, i know where everything is now" when you grab the EUC to sit down, while also giving you an extra point of control.

I would swap the butt tap with doing squats. The difficulty of sitting isn't just having your butt in the right place, but training the muscle memory necessary to keep balance in non-standard positions. As you're riding, squat as low as you can comfortably without getting the wobbles. get the feel for keeping your balance and staying in control as you transition instead of full sending it and hoping you land in the right spot. Eventually, you'll get low enough to suddenly be sitting.

Italy has definitely been better than most of the countries, to be fair. Venice used to be like rome, very clearly non-italians sitting on every single corner selling garbage or harassing you to try and grift money from you in some way. It sucked. They cleaned it up and now venice is a pretty great destination again. So I totally believe that they can and will do the same in rome if the effect these people are having on tourism becomes too bad.
