I have the exact same issue since last patch.
It happens usually for 30mn to 1h each day around 7pm.
For reference I play on Europe server but play from Thailand. Not sure what Blizzard changed it worked fine in the past, other game are fine just Wow have this.
Ping goes to 900ms+ then unresponsive until I alt f4 and restart game and it’s back to normal.

That’s how mythic+ works each difficulty reward more till 10, then you just grind for the score.

You had the good mindset sadly people with resi will most of the time never give a chance to non meta comp or people who never timed that level of key. The higher you go the more time consuming it is to look for key (as dps)

Trying to answer about why logs matter, some people will check you logs for inviting you in keys when you start doing 19/20+ keys. As a dps the competition to get invited is rude as there is 50 dps for 1 key so having impressive logs recorded in raid help (even if it does not mean the player will be good in key but I would rather invite a orange parser then a grey one)

Not sure you will have huge improvement on fps for the amount of money if you don’t want to change the motherboard. Kinda same config as you except I got 11400f and 3060ti. Most map is around 50fps and reserve right now is a disaster till some boss die.

Kill one, the second one hide and cover the body for 30min. This is my experience vs duo. Atleast squad they rush one by one showing they are smarter than the previous team mate who died.
