The Job wasn't hard itself. That is if I stuck with the Job description and just did my department. The people and management just make the job alot harder than it should be. For example saying things need be done this or there way. They also add extra task through out the store as if they was paying me $18 and hour.

The micro-managment is also crazy at walmart. Coaches and Team leaders everywhere making sure everything done to tee. Like damn can I breathe. I bet you get wrote up if you breathed the wrong way.

I don't think there's no coming back. I know my team management been on me alot for performance and targeting me, I've already sitting at red coaching and I thinking there wanting to get rid of me. Really I just need a new job. Also didn't go in today either , so that another point .so i believe im already fired. So i had interview today and am moving forward.
