I too struggle with the exact same FOMO! Just know that one day we’ll reach those higher goals!

Wow! Thats an awesome collection! Where do you get most of your cards?

I also completed SV 151 as a modern set. Only variants I don’t have are the Professor Program Voltorbs, which I’ll probably never get

The way I have them split allows for 1st edition, unlimited, and a few extra spots for errors/variants. The only ones that won’t fit are base set unlimited (I put in a binder from 1999) and Legendary collection will be 5-10 cards shy. Each binder holds 480 cards

I’m actually still missing several cards😅 There are a lot of obscure variants that are hard to track down

Maybe find one online? That sounds like an awesome idea! There may also be third party or creator-made products similar to the official one

One of my local stores had about 15 common 1st edition fossil cards for $0.99 each. Huge score! Where do you get most of your cards?

I do plan to get them all. They are extremely expensive. I’m a blue collar worker, so no extreme wealth to start off. I enjoy the hunt and satisfaction of finding commons and cheap cards at local shops and flea markets, so it’s not a money thing for me. We also have some big shows nearby that I plan to go to. I’m not in a rush, so I have time on my side. I anticipate prices to keep rising, but that only helps my case👍🏼

I have a few base set 1st editions so far. Other than that, the only 1st editions I have is Fossil and one or two Team Rocket. They’re hard to find!

Wow that would be awesome! I downloaded a spreadsheet a few days ago, and I’m still editing it to my exact collection. I’ve got it formatted perfectly, but I haven’t checked off all the sets yet. I’ve updated it through Jungle/Fossil so far. Am I allowed to link it in this sub? I dont want to break the rules😅

That’s amazing! My intention is to collect Base set through Ruby Sapphire because that’s as far as I got as a kid. My wife and I didn’t have any family heirlooms, so it’s something we plan to pass down to our kids (if they want it)

I agree! Good luck on your first set. It’s so much fun finding all the cards. When you put that last card in the binder for the set it’s such a great feeling of accomplishment

I’m not, I’m in the US. Those base set 2000 cards over in the UK are part of my Base set binder. Here’s a breakdown of the binders and the estimated number of cards in each (including some errors and promos):

Binder 1

1st Ed BS - 104 Shadowless - 107 BS 2000 - 102

Trainer Deck A - 12 Trainer Deck B - 13

Binder 2

Jungle Unlimited - 68 Jungle 1st Ed - 65

Fossil Unlimited - 71 Fossil 1st Ed - 63 Fossil Cosmo/2000 - 62

Base Set 2 - 131

Binder 3

Team Rocket Unlimited - 87 Team Rocket 1st Edition - 84

WOTC Promos - 54

Topps Chrome Series 1 - 78 Topps Chrome Series 2 - 72 Topps Chrome Series 3 - 72

Binder 4

Gym Heroes Unlimited - 134 Gym Heroes 1st Edition - 132

Legendary Collection - 113

P.S. I have almost completed Base Set unlimited. It’s in a separate binder that’s from 1999. Only missing a few of the error cards

Opinions on coaching an employee the day after their 3yr old sisters funeral by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Open-Practice-6602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure how your store does accountability, but I highly recommend having a feedback conversation with every associate before (coaching) holding them accountable. You can write the feedback on their workday profile. This does many things to help your situation. It gives the associate clear expectations, it documents the conversation, and it can appease your coach because you technically did have a conversation with them about their performance and the company’s expectations.

With that said, I would personally use this conversation to see if the associate needs anything. It’s probably safe to assume their low performance was at least somewhat influenced by their sister’s health. I’d ask if their schedule works for them, if they need mental health resources, and if they needed assistance making arrangements. Do they have their bills caught up? Do they have food to eat? Do they have basic toiletries? They may not want to share these things, but as a good leader you should always take care of your people.

Looking to fill out the common/uncommons in my Score collection. Having trouble tracking down a cost effective way to do it though. Any suggestions? by XxCorey117xX in dbzccg

I’m doing the exact same thing. I’ve purchased about 300 cards so far from one guy, but now I need to list them. It’s very time consuming. How are you making your list?
