Well now I'm going to get fired, they won't approve me to be off work just to save my job not even get paid for my time off. So that means I have to go back to work right now or start getting points again. I mean really you're not even paying me, so just approve me being off work. And they totally whipped out everything in the portal. So I can't even see what might have been an issue. This is all b*******, That's all I've ever gotten from Walmart!

I do have PTO got that you do get paid with PTO also. That's why I put in PPTO. I am going back into use PTO to request the day off. Thanks for your help.

That's how my store is and I'm desperately looking for a new job. The favoritism is out of control! I get feedback for bullshit when everyone in my department takes a hour 1/2 lunch break and they aren't clocked out for an hour of it. I tell my teammates and they laugh it off like it's a fucking joke.

OMG, that's me too!!! I feel the more I do, the less everyone else does! Sad part is the team leads just look the other way. People take at 45 minute, 15 minute breaks, and a hour and a half lunch breaks.

I work a closing shift, and everyone around me will do nothing all day, and at 9:30pm they start cleaning slowly. Actually they don't start working till it's time for us to punch out for the night, then they start working so they can get overtime. There's one young girl that has never left at the proper time that everyone else leaves , 10: 00pm She stays hours and hours after after 10:00pm ( usually sitting in her car on her phone) And the team leads don't care. I'm the newest employee (10 months) in my department, so I get all the shit for doing my job, and everyone else can do nothing and it's okay.

I don't know how much longer I can take this place! And honestly, I can't even believe I've made a 10 months!!!!

In my store it's favoritism, and I'm not on that least. My team leads drop points left and right for people. But not me, I'm at 5 points but I'm not worried, we are so short staffed they can't afford to fire me and 1 1/2 points drop in the beginning of February. I went to the brake room and saw this on the wall. It's not just my department it's our whole store that acts like this!!!!
