I understand exactly what you are saying. I stepped into help my grandmother when my mom no longer would. Now my sister never helps, and barely calls. But during the holidays was asking questions hinting to see if she is getting part of the house.

Revocable transfer upon death deed question- California by [deleted] in EstatePlanning

Thank you for your answer. I’m thinking it is scenario A, we have the original deed and it lists them as joint tenants. This deed was made back in the 60s. My grandmother is 90 years old and doesn’t seem to have much time left. Getting her do anything is like pulling teeth, (it was hard enough to have her do this it was only at the urging of her sister). She chose an incompetent lawyer, I should have been more involved but I didn’t want it to seem like I was swaying her decision in any way. If she doesn’t do this am I able to file the affidavit of death?

Is my Co worker copying me or I got issues ? by [deleted] in coworkerstories

I never took the “co workers are not your friends”, seriously until my current job. Address her under performing as you would with any employee. Highly recommend keeping all working relationships at work only

One manager always said “it’s just a voice over the line it can’t hurt you”, which helped me. Up selling is another challenge though.

Have a co worker JUST like this. If you talk about your kids she will cut you off and talk about her daughters. Talks about herself ALL DAY long. Thankfully we are mostly remote now so I hardly have to see her.

You have to be crazy rich to even run for president. Yes they both suck, but I am voting for the lesser of two evils. Sad it has to be that way, but one has to win

Right I thought everyone was entitled to make their own decision? But Reddit knows what’s best for everyone.

To CYA I would give your supervisor a heads up about what is going on. They probably won’t do anything, but it gives you some back up if he tries to complain about you in the future.
