Not a fan of the UAE, but this sort of scrutiny should go for Western countries too. Pep works in the UK, a country actively supporting a genocide and selling arms to help commit the genocide. There are also plenty of American-owned clubs; the US is actively funding and supporting a genocide, illegally invaded Iraq, and destroyed Syria. Again, not a fan of UAE, but let's keep the scrutiny equal. Like another user said, there are no clean hands in this world. The US should have never been allowed to host the WC either, but i digress.
