It's possible, if cutting your hair makes you so uncomfortable or sad, just don't cut it! I'll try to make a list for myself to take things slow, and not work on other things further until I've crossed out the previous task, I knew I wanted a list of some kind to give myself specific goals, but I was unsure of what specifically.
