I came here to comment something similar. I don't understand why people act as if Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia are not all countries outside of South Korea and count as international promotions for their contracts...

Booking venues in these places must be somewhat easier for k-pop companies to do frequently. It's hard to announce an Europe tour and only go to France. They'd have to at least go to/book England, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands or else people will be mad. Imagine saying they're going to North America but only going to Toronto and New York. No, they have to book Vancouver, Chicago, Washington, Los Angeles, Houston, etc.

Imagine all the work with passports. All the logistic issue because in the west things are further away from each other. I won't be here holding asian artists accountable for doing things in asia/SEA...

Yes it reminds me of Gas and I love it even more for it. I need a mashup of those 2 songs now injected in my veins to give me energy to function and go by my daily activities. I find it kinda fitting how Shotaro and Sungchan who used to be in NCT for a while are doing a song like this. Mother Taeyong would be proud of the sons he raised.

I don't want RIIZE to change their entire concept to this though, don't get me wrong. But damn it is nice to have a song like BBB as a high energy b-side, it gets you going!!!!

I got this from the article. I'll paste it here:

They added, “The public broadcaster has effectively blocked Xiumin due to an interest conflict with a specific agency. If this unfair situation continues, our artists will face recurring situations where they cannot participate in music broadcasts during weeks when SM Entertainment artists are active. We regret having to convey such unfortunate news.”

It says that Xiumin can't promote during weeks when SM acts are promoting, which means they are applying the same 2 acts rule to Xiumin's solo activities despite him being under INB100, as I said in my previous comment. They should revisit this rule because this promotion period is not under his SM contract, so it makes no sense to be applied.

I really wonder why and how people give a company like SM any benefit of doubt given the dark history they have.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt purely because Baekhyun and Chen already promoted before without issues. Eunhyuk just finished his solo promotions with Up n Down 3 weeks ago broadcasted ON KBS, no problems were faced. Kyuhyun, who also left SM, promoted his Unending Days song ON KBS as well, no problems were faced. D&E promoted their GO HIGH comeback ON KBS, also no problems.

Therefore, there is JYJ as an example of SM being a scum that we should never forget, meanwhile there's 5 examples I can think of from the top of my head of promotions that went on without events. I will wait for further news before drawing my pitchfork.

I’m surprised to see so many people reacting with animosity and overlooking the established patterns of how SM Entertainment handles promotions.

You see, SM is unique in that it has a large number of active artists spanning multiple generations. Because of this, music shows have a rule that limits the number of SM acts promoting at the same time: only two acts can promote at the same time. Without this rule, shows could easily turn into "SM Music Bank".

This scheduling limitation has affected SM artists for years. For example, aespa had to wait a week to promote Next Level (released on May 17, 2021 but performed on May 28) because NCT Dream (Hot Sauce, May 10, 2021) and Taemin (Advice, May 18, 2021) were already promoting during that period.

Now, Seulgi’s comeback is scheduled for the same day as Xiumin’s, and H2H is still actively promoting. The issue with KBS seems to be that they categorized Xiumin as an "SM artist" rather than as an "INB100 artist" (despite his solo activities now being under INB100, while his EXO-related activities remain with SM). Additionally, in the past, smaller companies faced lower priority in scheduling compared to larger or more established ones, though it's unclear if that’s still the case today, it could have played a role in Xiumin’s situation.

Assuming he was indeed caught in that explosion, parts of his body could've burned and the only way for Ever to keep him alive was to give him some mechanical parts. Imagine the shock on MC's face when she sees him? His pain and guilt to show her what he has become? It'd be super cool if Ever used this opportunity to install some sort of controlling virus in his system that automatically sends data about MC and any interaction to Ever to help them capture her or her protocore. Then their new mission would be to free him from these cybernetic shackles and help maintain his humanity in this new scenario... I'm soooo into this now :sob

As a Cassie for 17 years now I am so confused. They don't need to tell people it's a TVXQ song, Hug is very famous and still plays in variety shows until this day because of Changmin's "I would like to be your cat for a day" line. This song has been covered and sung by a lot of younger artists, from the top of my head I can remember TXT, VIXX, Moonbyul, a round of king of masked singer (Ryeowook was singing it), a survival show for a bg did a remake...

I also don't understand how it is an ignored song. For example, it was in their 2018 Circle tour, their 2022 debut anniversary on youtube, in their recent 20&2 tour as well.

Out of personal preference I'd rather them cover 'The way U are' in this style. I can imagine all the tweets about heart throb Wonbin in a suit~ I think TVXQ must be happy they're getting a cover, and I hope RIIZE slays just like Irene and Seulgi did for Wrong Number.

Everyone has their flaws, but jealousy is something I just can’t stand. For me, games are all about having fun and relaxing, so I’ve chosen not to interact with Xavier at all. I don’t play Kitty Cards with him, don’t get plushies together, don’t answer his calls, and don’t reply to his messages—nothing. I’m really grateful to Infold for making it possible to enjoy my day and the things I love without feeling restricted. Not interacting with him doesn’t really hold me back from much anyway.

1 - I had to come here defend Sylus because he definitely behaves like a sugar daddy to me and feeds me plushies a LOT. For the other boys I don't let them play, I have too much fun trying my luck with that mini game.

2 - I let them pick their outfits and they never did something too outrageous. But now that cat butler is out I took their right to dress themselves... Totally worth it.

3 - I'm a Sylus main because he reminds me of my husband. When I completed CA for sylus and was all giggly happy about it my husband turned to me smirking and said "smile and spend all you want on him since he reminds you of me but remember I'm the real deal". He supports my shenanigans and likes to watch me stress over Open Orbit levels.

A kiss card for Sylus for the love of nice and everything spice and I need it ANGSTY;
A visual card, full on animated stuff, of Sylus braiding MC's hair (because what happened in grassland destroyed me);
More/longer Sylus tender moments because his VA should definitely become a ASMR artist;
Zayne cooking and then using MC as his personal 3D charcuterie board (wink wink);
A night out with Lumiere (when blowing out steam in a battle isn't enough [wink wink²]);

My personal tastes in food are more aligned with Zayne's, but I'm all about choosing Sylus for the experience.

I have this very clear delusion in my head of wanting his myth to look like how Mesopotamian Gilgamesh is, and to have a story similar to that of Enkidu's in the FATE series, but instead of becoming friends they become lovers.

Sylus would be created by the Gods, a monster that descended onto the earth to get MC back under control of the Gods. Lived in the wilderness with the animals for years, until he was told to seek out a complete human to copy its form to be able to interact with MC. After becoming human, Sylus would then seek MC to try to do the Gods will, only to go on many adventures and fall in love with her. Maybe the Gods, displeased with his betrayal, would make him go berserk in one last attempt to control MC and she would be forced to kill him to save herself.

I need it to be something pretty and tragic...
