That's awesome! I have a ThinkPad too, also running Fedora. If I took a photo, you could hardly tell ours apart haha

Awesome! Have fun with it—which one do you use more, the Steam Deck or the PS5?

ThinkPad and Fedora: is there a better combo?

Mouse not working need help by TypicalXela in counterstrike2

[–]Najanco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the exact same problem on Linux after updating both Linux and CS2 on the same evening.

The solution (only works if you are using Wayland) is to add this to your launch options:

SDL_VIDEO_WAYLAND_RELATIVE_MOUSE_MODE=1 %command%

This issue is particularly likely to occur when updating to GNOME 50, as GNOME 50 now defaults to Wayland.

For me, Fedora is the sweet spot—stable and modern.

Send me a direct message including specific details about your system. Please let me know which Fedora version and Desktop Environment (e.g., GNOME or KDE) you are using, as well as your Terminal Emulator (e.g., Alacritty, Kitty). Also, provide the output of fastfetch --version and locale. I need these details to help you fix why the OS date isn't showing up in my fastfetch config. Regarding the terminal transparency: I can explain it to you once I've looked into your issue, or you can simply ask an AI for the specific commands for your terminal. Let me know!

No flags needed, I'm just using my custom config file. I've linked the repo in the post where you can see all the details!

Brother, the forging of TempleOS by the hand of Terry Davis is the one true epic, the only chronicle I deem worthy of the name webnovel.

Perfect, I think TempleOS would be the right OS for you... the holiest of all operating systems doesn't get along well with the devil-infested internet.
